The Chisholm Foundation has no specific
application form or fixed proposal format.
However, certain types of information are important in considering
a proposal, such as the following:
- a brief summary of the proposed project,
including a brief description of the submitting organization;
- the project budget and schedule;
- the amount requested from the Chisholm Foundation;
- other current funders (if any) of the project and
any other
pending proposals;
- copy of the submitting organization's
IRS tax exemption letter;
- any brochures or other published material
pertaining to the project or the organization.
