	The Chisholm Foundation does not have an application form, nor does it have a rigid proposal format. It is recommended that a letter of inquiry include the following information: a brief summary of the proposed project   the project budget and schedule   the amount requested from the Chisholm Foundation   current funders (if any) of the project and pending proposals.   copy of IRS tax exemption letter   brochures or other descriptive material about the submitting organization
